Our appointments are booked in 30 minute increments depending upon time needed. Usually first time appointments will last from an hour to one and a half hours. This gives us time to REALLY discuss your concerns and begin to really change your health. Follow up visits usually last 30 minutes. Office hours are normally from 8:30am to 3:00pm Monday through Thursday.
